This is the Starbucks most go to before Moscone, mainly Moscone West since down the block and same side of the street. The interesting part is that there is another Starbucks right across the street too, but not as popular.
This is a popular location for me, due to a Pokemon Go Ex Raid stop. -

Horrible service. Never put the baked goods order into the toaster. Had no clue about how to effect the 20% Cartwheel discount (3 people had to be involved and still no one was able to figure it out). Gave us the wrong package of goods and we had to figure out who the rightful customer was to receive them. Asked to speak to a manager and was told no one was there and I'd need to wait. FAIL.
On the bright side, the ham/egg/cheese was delicious as were our 4 drinks (coffees and iced teas). -

Very slow and not attentive. Waited for 15 mins after ordering while others came and went. They didn't make mine because they were out of green tea and were fully prepared to just let me stand there forever without knowing until I asked.

I went out drinking the night before, so I needed food the next day. My usual Starbucks didn't have the breakfast sandwich I wanted, so I decided to stop by this one. (I did mobile ordering, so I found out before I left that this location had my sandwich.) I stopped by on Thursday, April 19th around 10am.
I get a lot of Starbucks gift cards at work, so they come in handy when I need breakfast. I normally get the Sausage, Cheddar & Egg Breakfast Sandwich: A Southern-style sausage patty, fluffy eggs and aged Cheddar cheese are served on a toasty English muffin ($3.75). Similar to a sandwich I adore at a restaurant with some golden arches, I've found this satisfies my breakfast craving. And since I have a Starbucks balance, they are free! Yay for that! Though normally, the sandwich is rather misshapen as I think they just throw the sandwich into their bag after toasting. It's more or less always lopsided.
This location is close to Moscone, so if there's a convention, it does get rather busy. There is another Starsbucks directly across the street on Mission right by the Target, so if this one is crazy, you have another option close by. Since I did mobile ordering, I didn't even have to interact with anyone. I went to the mobile ordering area, found my breakfast sandwich, and then left.
Decent location. If you're in a hurry, I highly recommend mobile ordering. It's so easy and fast! -

Came here to get some studying in after failing to find a spot at the overcrowded Peet's Coffee. Super spacious Starbucks area! No wait to order my drink and breakfast sandwiches. It's located across the street from another Starbucks so maybe that's why there isn't as many people there as I expected on a Wednesday evening? I'm not complaining though!
Super friendly staff too!
